| Credit card charges are submitted the same day your order is processed. We will NEVER charge your card before your order is actually processed. Declined credit card orders will be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges
Because our garments are manufactured custom for your order, returns are not accepted except in the case of exchanges due to manufacturing defects..
However, in some cases merchandise can be resold and returns may be considered for these items. Approvals for exchanges are at our sole discretion, and a 25% restocking charge will apply. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM US. Contact us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number, and include this number in your return package and correspondence. Merchandise received without authorization will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
In the event that a return is accepted, an in-house credit will be placed in your store account. Any credits made are for store merchandise only and must be used within six (6) months of the date issued. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
International Orders
Non-US orders are accepted for selected international shipping destinations only. They are shipped via UPS, or the best available (most reliable) delivery service.
NOTE — PACKAGING EXCEPTIONS: Some promotional gift packaging (such as certain foil-backed papers or containers) cannot be sent due to recent changes in U.S. or International postal and shipping regulations - we will make every effort to make attractive substitutions of equivalent value that will pass postal / shipping inspections.

Secure Transactions
Credit card numbers, names and addresses and other information you provide are all transmitted using industry standard SSL encoded secure transactions. This insures that your data cannot fall into the wrong hands.

Shipping and Delivery
If all the required information on your order is correct and verifiable, it usually takes between 3 and 4 weeks to process and ship your order.
U.S. orders have two standard shipping choices:
 US Postal Service: Orders will be shipped "Priority" mail which delivers to most US destinations within 3 business days.
 United Parcel Service: Orders will be shipped "Ground" service which delivers to most US destinations within ten calendar days of shipping.
If you do not specify which carrier to use, we will select for you. Please make a note in the "Comments" section of your order form to request a specific carrier.
NOTE: UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes.

Email ID's, names, addresses and telephone numbers and other information provided to us are used to aid in processing your orders ONLY. We do not sell, barter or trade this information.
You can optionally subscribe to our email newsletter list. If you choose to participate, we will periodically contact you by email regarding sales events and other promotions. If you choose not to participate, we will not bother you. In either case, your email and other information is kept confidential and is not shared with any outside party.
Please note: We understand that many of you have unlisted telephone numbers and wish to guard your privacy by not giving us your telephone number. However, if we encounter a problem with your credit card or order and cannot contact you, we may not be able to quickly resolve the issue - or may not be able to process the order at all! PLEASE give us your telephone number, we will not share it with anyone or misuse it in any manner.
When you browse through our site, we may collect general information to aid us in tuning the efficiency and working of our web site. This information includes the number of times any web page on our site is accessed, the browser used, and paths taken when moving through the web site. However, this is general information and nothing we collect is identifiable with you personally.
